I Heart Faces - Smirk

"Smirk" is the theme this week for I Heart Faces. We must be a smirking family, because I had plenty of smirky photos to choose from!

This is my niece, Gracelyn. The pic was taken in a photo shoot I did with her and her sisters. I'm not sure what she's thinking here. Something along the lines of "Can we pleeeeaaaase be done with this photo shoot!"

photojournalism - little flower girl

This week's photo challenge from I Heart Faces is photojournalism. I will not spout any useless information, only the photo and the story. Here we go!

This is my great neice, Naya (makes me feel old saying that!). We were at a family reunion (see more pics two posts down), and her and her mama were about to leave. But before leaving, she just had to show "Aunt B" (that's me!) her pretty hair flower. As you can see, she's more than just a little proud of it. :) Her and her brother love to have their pictures taken, and are more than happy to pose for me. But she did this one all on her own, with no prompting from anyone.

What a ham.

That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it! Now I'm going to hop on over to a few other entries to read a few more stories and see a few more pics. If you'd like to join us, simply click the I Heart Faces button above! See ya' around!

i heart faces - purple!

I am joining I Heart Faces again this week for their photo challenge. The theme is Purple, so we need a human face and the color purple in our photos. Lots of good photos over there this week, so go check them out!

Here's my photo for the week:

yet another photo contest

I couldn't help but also enter I Heart Faces contest this week also, with their theme of "Over My Head" because I knew I had the perfect picture! This was taken last spring (early spring!) during my photo shoot with Jessie and Peter.

They were in their natural state of silly songs with Jessie and Peter (Veggie Tales humor), and started singing the YMCA theme song. Perfect opp for some cute photos!. :)

I love this girl.

I just realized her "M" looks like a heart. Perfect for an I Heart Faces contest! :))

Hop on over to I Heart Faces to join in!

Dramatic Black and White

I thought I would join I Heart Faces this week for their photo contest. It's Dramatic Black and White Week. I think this photo is dramatic because she is one multi-taskin' baby!! Binki sucking and soccer playing are no small feat, right? And trust me, she can simultaneously do it all. Like a pro.

You can join the fun by clicking the button below and posting your own dramatic b&w. Enjoy!!
