I'm sure you've all heard of the movie, Fire Proof with Kirk Cameron. If you haven't been able to go see it, I would encourage you to do so (don't forget the Kleenex!). You may have to do a bit of searching to find a theater that is still playing it. If that's not possible, you may have to wait until it comes out on DVD.
The movie stresses the fact that love is a choice, not a feeling. I'm convinced that if couples would understand that before they get married, a great many divorces could be avoided.
Until you can see the movie, you can go to www.fireproofthemovie.com and see the trailer, find resources, etc.
To read an interview with Kirk Cameron, go to http://www.christianitytoday.com/movies/interviews/kirkcameron.html .
After you see it, feel free to leave a comment on what you thought about the movie. I'd love to hear what you thought.
